1. 規約への同意
Wityを利用することで、本規約とプライバシーポリシーに同意したものとみなされます。同意できない場合はサービスを利用しないでください。
2. サービスの内容
Wityは、訪れた場所や1日の記録を振り返り、承認した友達との思い出を整理するためのサービスです。ライブ位置共有や、知らない人を探すためのサービスではありません。
3. アカウント
利用者は、正確な情報を登録し、自分のアカウントと端末を適切に管理してください。アカウントを第三者へ譲渡、貸与または共有することはできません。
不正利用のおそれに気付いた場合は、速やかにサポート窓口へ連絡してください。
4. 友達機能と共有
友達関係は相手の承認によって成立します。QRコード、ユーザー名、共有画像を利用するときは、相手のプライバシーと意思を尊重してください。
ほかの利用者の記録、プロフィール、QRコードなどを、本人の同意なく公開または目的外で利用してはいけません。
5. 禁止事項
法令違反、なりすまし、嫌がらせ、ストーキング、他人の位置や行動の監視、不正アクセス、サービスの妨害、虚偽情報の登録、権利侵害、その他Wityが不適切と判断する行為を禁止します。
位置情報や友達機能を、緊急通報、本人の安全確認、雇用上の監視など、正確性や即時性が不可欠な目的に利用しないでください。
6. 利用者が登録する内容
利用者は、自分が登録または共有するプロフィール写真、表示名、記録などについて必要な権利を持つものとします。サービス提供に必要な範囲で、Wityがこれらを保存、表示、変換することを許諾します。
7. サービスの変更・停止
保守、障害、法令対応、安全確保などのため、事前の通知なくサービスの一部を変更または一時停止することがあります。重要な変更は可能な範囲で通知します。
8. 保証と責任の範囲
Wityは、位置情報、移動距離、滞在時間、友達と過ごした時間などの完全な正確性、継続性、特定目的への適合性を保証しません。OSの省電力設定、通信状況、GPS精度などにより記録されない場合があります。
適用法令で認められる範囲において、サービスの利用または利用不能から生じた間接的・特別な損害について責任を負いません。利用者に認められる法的権利を制限するものではありません。
9. 利用制限
本規約への重大な違反、不正利用、ほかの利用者への危険が確認された場合、事前通知なく機能の制限またはアカウントの停止を行うことがあります。
10. 退会とデータ削除
利用者はアカウント画面からいつでもアカウントを削除できます。削除後は、法令上または安全上保存が必要な情報を除き、関連データを削除します。削除した記録は復元できません。アプリを利用できない場合はWebから削除を依頼できます。
11. 知的財産権
Wityの名称、ロゴ、アプリ、デザイン、プログラムその他のサービスに関する権利は、HINODE Entertainmentまたは正当な権利者に帰属します。
12. 規約の変更
必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更はアプリ内または本Webサイトで通知し、変更後の利用には変更後の規約が適用されます。
13. 準拠法
強行法規に別段の定めがある場合を除き、本規約は日本法に準拠します。
1. Agreement
By using Wity, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
2. The service
Wity helps you revisit places and daily activity and organize memories with approved friends. It is not a live-location-sharing service or a tool for finding strangers nearby.
3. Accounts
Provide accurate information and keep your account and device secure. You may not sell, lend, transfer, or share your account with another person.
Contact support promptly if you believe your account is being misused.
4. Friends and sharing
A friendship is created only after the other person approves it. Respect other people’s privacy and choices when using QR codes, usernames, or shared images.
Do not publish or use another person’s activity, profile, or QR code without permission or for an unrelated purpose.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not break the law, impersonate others, harass or stalk people, monitor another person’s location or behavior, access systems without permission, disrupt the service, submit deceptive information, infringe rights, or engage in other harmful conduct.
Do not rely on location or friendship features for emergency response, personal safety monitoring, workplace surveillance, or another purpose that requires real-time or exact information.
6. Content you provide
You must have the rights needed for profile photos, names, activity, and other content you add or share. You permit Wity to store, display, and transform that content only as needed to provide the service.
7. Changes and availability
We may change or temporarily suspend parts of the service for maintenance, outages, legal compliance, or safety. We will provide notice of material changes when reasonably possible.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Wity does not guarantee that location, distance, visit duration, or time with friends will be complete, continuous, or exact. Records may be missing because of operating-system power controls, connectivity, or GPS accuracy.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or special damages caused by use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
9. Restrictions
We may restrict features or suspend an account without prior notice when we identify a serious violation, misuse, or a risk to another person.
10. Leaving Wity and deleting data
You may delete your account from the Account screen at any time. Associated data will be deleted except where limited retention is required by law or for safety. Deleted activity cannot be restored. If you cannot use the app, you can request deletion on the web.
11. Intellectual property
Rights in the Wity name, logo, app, designs, software, and other service materials belong to HINODE Entertainment or their respective rights holders.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary. Material changes will be communicated in the app or on this website, and continued use is governed by the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
