1. 適用範囲
本ポリシーは、HINODE Entertainmentが提供するWityのスマートフォンアプリ、Webサイトおよび関連サービスにおける利用者情報の取扱いに適用されます。
2. 取得する情報
アカウント作成・ログイン時に、Googleなどの認証事業者から提供される識別子、メールアドレス、表示名、プロフィール画像などを取得することがあります。
利用者が登録または作成したユーザー名、表示名、プロフィール写真、友達関係、友達申請、日々の記録、訪れた場所、共有操作に関する情報を取り扱います。ユーザー名、表示名、プロフィール写真は、ユーザー検索結果や友達リストなどで他の認証済み利用者に表示されます。
Daily Cardに選択した写真は、圧縮したコピーを端末内だけに保存します。Wityのサーバーへ送信せず、利用者が共有操作を行った場合に限り、生成されたカード画像を選択した共有先へ渡します。
位置記録を利用する場合、緯度、経度、精度、取得時刻を取得します。移動の自動記録を明示的に有効にした場合は、アプリを閉じている間も取得することがあります。
また、サービスの安全な運営や不具合対応に必要な端末、OS、通信、エラーに関する情報を取り扱う場合があります。
3. 利用目的
取得した情報は、本人確認、プロフィールと友達関係の管理、訪問場所・移動距離・1日の振り返りの作成、承認済みの友達と一緒にいた時間の推定、端末間の同期、不具合対応、不正利用の防止、お問い合わせ対応のために利用します。
位置情報を広告配信や、知らない人への現在地表示には利用しません。
4. 位置情報と公開範囲
初回利用時に位置情報の利用目的を表示し、「許可して開始」を選択した場合のみバックグラウンド取得を開始します。位置情報へのアクセスは端末の設定からいつでも停止できます。
正確な現在地を友達へリアルタイム表示しません。自宅・職場として登録した正確な座標は端末内に保存し、ほかの利用者へ表示しません。
承認済みの友達同士について、双方の位置履歴をサーバー内で照合し、近くにいた時間を推定することがあります。友達へ表示するのは推定された開始・終了時刻と時間などの集計情報だけで、生の座標、移動経路、リアルタイムの現在地は相手へ表示しません。
5. 外部サービス
認証とデータ保存にSupabase、GoogleアカウントでのログインにGoogle、iOSの地図表示と滞在場所付近の施設候補の検索にAppleマップ、Webデモの地図表示と施設判定にMapTiler、アプリの実行に必要な機能にExpoなどの外部サービスを利用することがあります。利用者が施設検索に同意した場合、15分以上の滞在が確定した地点の座標を周辺施設の検索に使用します。各サービスは、機能提供に必要な範囲で通信情報や認証情報を処理する場合があります。
外部サービスの取扱いには、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。
6. 第三者提供
利用者の同意がある場合、サービス提供に必要な委託先へ取り扱わせる場合、事業承継に伴う場合、または法令に基づく場合を除き、個人情報を第三者へ販売または提供しません。
7. 保存期間
詳細な位置情報は原則として取得から7日後に削除します。訪問場所、日々の記録、友達と一緒にいた時間の集計など、サービス提供に必要な情報は、利用者が削除するかアカウントを削除するまで保存することがあります。
法令遵守、不正利用防止、紛争対応に必要な情報は、必要最小限の期間に限り保存する場合があります。
8. 安全管理
通信の暗号化、アクセス制御、データベースの行単位アクセス制御など、情報の漏えい、改ざん、紛失を防ぐために合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。ただし、インターネット上の送信または保存方法の完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。
9. 利用者による管理と削除
位置情報へのアクセスは端末の設定から停止できます。プロフィール情報、端末内データ、アカウントと関連データは、アカウント画面から変更または削除できます。
アプリを利用できない場合は、アカウント削除案内から削除を依頼できます。情報の確認・訂正などはお問い合わせページからご連絡ください。
10. 未成年者
Wityは、利用者の居住地域で適用されるデジタル同意年齢未満の方を対象としていません。未成年者の情報が不適切に提供されたと思われる場合は、削除のためにお問い合わせください。
11. ポリシーの変更とお問い合わせ
サービス内容や法令の変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更は、アプリ内または本Webサイトで分かりやすく通知します。

1. Scope
This policy applies to the Wity mobile app, website, and related services provided by HINODE Entertainment.
2. Information we collect
When you create an account or sign in, we may receive an identifier, email address, display name, profile image, and related details from an authentication provider such as Google.
We process information you provide or create, including your username, display name, profile photo, friendships, friend requests, daily activity, visited places, and sharing actions. Your username, display name, and profile photo are shown to other authenticated users in search results, friend lists, and related screens.
A compressed copy of a photo selected for a Daily Card is stored only on the device. It is not sent to Wity servers; a rendered card image is passed to a destination only when you choose to share it.
When location recording is used, we collect latitude, longitude, accuracy, and timestamps. If you explicitly enable automatic trip recording, location may also be collected while the app is closed.
We may also process device, operating-system, network, and error information needed to operate the service safely and troubleshoot problems.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, manage profiles and friendships, create visited places, distance and daily recaps, estimate time spent with accepted friends, synchronize data, troubleshoot problems, prevent misuse, and respond to support requests.
We do not use location data for advertising or to show your current location to nearby strangers.
4. Location and visibility
On first use, Wity explains why it needs location. Background collection starts only after you select Allow and start. You can stop location access at any time in your device settings.
Your precise live location is not shown to friends. Exact home and work coordinates are stored on your device and are not shown to other users.
For accepted friends, Wity may compare both users’ location histories within the service to estimate time spent nearby. Friends receive only derived details such as estimated start time, end time, and duration. Raw coordinates, routes, and live locations are not shown to the other person.
5. Service providers
We may use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Google for Google account sign-in, Apple Maps for iOS maps and nearby-place suggestions, MapTiler for the web demo map and place identification, and Expo for capabilities required to run the app. If you consent to place search, coordinates of a visit confirmed after at least 15 minutes are used to search for nearby facilities. These providers may process authentication or network information needed to deliver their services.
Each provider also processes information under its own privacy policy.
6. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or disclose personal information to third parties except with your consent, to service providers acting on our behalf, as part of a business transfer, or when required by law.
7. Retention
Detailed location points are generally deleted seven days after collection. Visited places, daily activity, aggregated time with friends, and other information needed to provide Wity may remain until you delete it or delete your account.
We may retain limited information for the minimum period necessary to comply with law, prevent misuse, or resolve disputes.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted transport, access controls, and database row-level access controls to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Your controls and deletion
You can stop location access in your device settings. You can update or delete profile information, on-device data, your account, and associated data from the Account screen.
If you cannot use the app, follow the account deletion instructions. Contact us through the support page to request access, correction, or other assistance.
10. Children
Wity is not intended for children under the digital age of consent in their jurisdiction. Contact us to request removal if you believe a minor provided personal data inappropriately.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be clearly communicated in the app or on this website.
