削除したアカウントと記録は復元できません。
アプリ内で削除する
- Wityを開き、アカウントへログインします。
- 設定から「アカウント作成・ログイン」を開きます。
- 画面下部の「アカウントを削除」を選びます。
- 確認内容を読み、「完全に削除」を選びます。
この方法では、本人確認済みのログインセッションを使って削除を実行します。
アプリを利用できない場合
登録したメールアドレスから、件名を「Wityアカウント削除依頼」として以下へ送信してください。本文にWityのユーザー名を記載してください。安全のため、追加の本人確認をお願いする場合があります。

- Wityのアカウントとプロフィール
- 友達関係と友達申請
- 日々の記録、訪問場所、詳細な位置情報
- その他、アカウントに紐づく利用者所有データ
端末内にのみ保存されているプロフィール写真、自宅・職場、位置履歴などは、アプリ内から削除した場合に端末からも消去されます。メールで依頼した場合やアプリを削除済みの場合は、端末のアプリデータをOSの設定から削除してください。

法令遵守、不正利用防止、セキュリティまたは紛争対応に必要な情報は、目的達成に必要な最小限の期間に限り保存する場合があります。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
Deleted accounts and activity cannot be restored.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Wity and sign in to your account.
- Open “Create account or sign in” from Settings.
- Select “Delete account” at the bottom of the screen.
- Review the confirmation and select “Delete permanently.”
This method uses your authenticated session to complete deletion.
If you cannot use the app
Email us from the address registered to your account with the subject “Wity account deletion request.” Include your Wity username in the message. We may ask for additional verification to protect your account.

- Friendships and friend requests
- Daily activity, visited places, and detailed location data
- Other user-owned data associated with your account
Profile photos, home and work places, location history, and other data stored only on your device are also removed when deletion is completed in the app. If you request deletion by email or have already uninstalled Wity, remove the app’s local data through your device settings.
